Teens Jiu-Jitsu
Thirteen to seventeen is a bad fit for both the kids room and the adult room, so teens get their own. The class trains at close to adult intensity with sparring rules built for growing bodies, and it is where a lot of our competition team comes from. Teens who are ready can cross over into the adult all-levels class with coach approval.
